Zimbabwe to start a new twenty-four hour shortwave news service

It's not often that we hear of a new shortwave service starting, but it appears that Zimbabwe might be doing just that, according to VOA. "News 24/7" is scheduled to start on April 18th, and will be funded by Iran.
